No complaints whatsoever, the hotel met needs. Stayed in a standard double room with a private bathroom which was perfect for me. The location was perfect, just a pleasant stroll away from Arco de Santa Catalina.

The location of this hotel is perfect, just a short distance from Iglesia de la Merced, and the rooftop terrace offers a great view of the surrounding rooftops. The rooms are clean and have a charming Guatemala vibe. The day staff at the reception desk is extremely helpful, providing useful advice and answering any questions. As young holiday goers, we appreciated the affordable prices and the hotel's arrangement of airport pick-up and shuttle services. The nice touch of delivering a tasty breakfast to our room made our stay even more enjoyable.

Great location in the heart of the city, close to popular attractions like Iglesia de la Merced. Good value for money, with spacious and clean rooms. The shuttle service from the airport was reliable. Free Wi-Fi and comfortable beds were also a plus.

The noise levels in some rooms were a major drawback, especially those near shared bathrooms. The lack of soundproofing made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

We only stayed here for one night since we were in a rush, but everything was super clean. The deluxe room had really nice decorations, and the bed was comfy as well. 🌟

The location of the hotel was great, it was centrally located and close to all the attractions. The beds were very comfortable and the wifi was strong throughout the hotel. The hotel also provided a direct private shuttle from the airport, which made our arrival hassle-free.

There was a little noise in our room and the windows didn't have curtains, so it was light in the morning. there was no communal kitchen and when we asked for toilet paper, the staff seemed a bit confused.
